Questions

What counts as a user?
Anyone with their own login who creates or edits estimates, sends proposals, or manages customers and invoices. If two people share a desk and one login, that’s one user.
What happens if I go over my plan’s user count?
Nothing breaks. We’ll let you know and move you to the next plan on your following billing date. No surprise charges mid-cycle.
Can I move between plans?
Any time, in both directions. Hire someone, move up. Someone leaves, move back down.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No card to sign up, and none for your first five estimates. Starting the 14-day trial does take a card — you won’t be charged until day 15, and you can cancel any time before then in the app.
What happens to founding member pricing later?
It’s yours for as long as you stay subscribed, on whatever plan you’re on. If list prices go up, yours doesn’t.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel in the app.
Is my estimate data mine?
Yes. Export your estimates, customers, and jobs any time, including after you cancel.
