Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Sparkee Pro account at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what gets deleted, and what may be retained.

How to request deletion

Email us at support@sparkeeapp.com from the email address associated with your Sparkee account and include “Account deletion” in the subject line.

Sending the request from the email on your account helps us confirm you are the account owner. If you no longer have access to that email, mention it in your message and we'll help verify your identity another way.

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we delete your account profile and the app-created operational data tied to it, including:

  • Customers and contacts
  • Estimates, jobs, and invoices
  • Materials and labor items you've added
  • Company settings
  • Integration records (e.g. connected service identifiers)

We delete this data where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained temporarily if required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, backup retention, or compliance obligations.

Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being purged through normal backup rotation.

Deleting only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account. You can also email support@sparkeeapp.com to request deletion of specific data — for example, removing a customer, an estimate, or an integration — without closing your account.

Third-party integrations

If you've connected Sparkee to third-party services such as Google, QuickBooks, Stripe, or a calendar provider, you may also need to revoke access directly with those providers. Deleting your Sparkee account removes our records of the connection, but does not automatically remove data those providers store independently.
